Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for damaged goods. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for "change of mind" as our products are custom/personalised purchases. 

If, there has been an error made in the text on your product, we advise you to contact us within 14 days for assistance. You can reach our team at tkrinspired@gmail.com. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our custom products cannot be returned. If you have ordered an unpersonalised product, please contact us for assistance.

Due to health, safety and hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on any of our products that have been used.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure your matter is resolved is to contact us at tkrinspired@gmail.com and we will discuss next steps. 

Refunds
Upon reaching out regarding your order, the TKR team will confirm next steps via email. Most refunds will require the products being returned (customer is required to pay for shipping) and once we’ve received and inspected your item we will advise you of whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method we aim to complete this within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
